We often hear the advise that we should drink more water for us to have better health. Indeed there was a time that I tried to adhere to this advise and took several glasses of water throughout the day. The advantage we had at our workplace was that there was a water dispenser that had been put out for us in the hallway for customers and staff alike so it was easily accessible. During that month, I felt on top of the world as I drank eight glasses of water or more.
